We currently ship to all New Zealand addresses, including rural delivery areas.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Rural Delivery: Allow an additional 1–2 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Ease Edit is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hellotheeaseedit@gmail.com We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
