We want you to love your Ease Edit purchase! Due to the hygienic nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully.

All Sales on Eyelash Kits

For health and safety reasons, all DIY eyelash kits and lash products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used.

Unopened & Unused Products

  • Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
    We’ll happily replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used eyelash kits

  • Lash segments, bond, seal, or applicators once opened

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
